As the corporate world moves towards more women working and becoming top management, the hiring and respect for female security officers or women bouncers will only increase. This is why we have consistently given women an opportunity to join this security field and hired them after adequate mandatory training. This diversity helps Denetim give more people oppurtunity and we consistently work for employee betterment and retention. We have mentioned this before and will say it again that women bodyguards and female bouncers will stand out in the coming decade and thereby almost changing the industry completely. The concept of equality between men and women is important to our company ideals and we will continue to empower our security structure with more women as possible.
